Slane Distillery

Nestled deep within the idyllic Boyne Valley on the legendary grounds of Slane Castle, Slane Distillery brings you a whiskey that bears our village's iconic name. Slane Whiskey is triple distilled and aged using our signature 'Tripled Casked' method. This involves resting our Grain and Malt whiskies between three different cask types; Virgin Oak, Seasoned Oak and Oloroso Sherry. These casks are then blended to create an exceptionally complex, smooth Irish whiskey. This whiskey is our testament to the character of the people of Slane and to all those who take pride in building their own legacy.

Slane Irish Whiskey is a triple-distilled, smooth spirit of natural character with untamed notes of oak and spice from our signature triple casked blend of virgin, seasoned, and sherry casks.

Virgin and seasoned casks are raised by hand at the Brown-Forman Cooperages while Sherry casks are provided by way of Spain. The quality of barrels and mastery of aging and blending results in an exceptionally complex, smooth Irish whiskey worthy of the name.

Uncle Nearest

Nearest Green, affectionately nicknamed Uncle Nearest by his friends and family in Lynchburg, Tennessee, is the world’s first known African American master distiller. Nearest is credited with helping perfect the globally recognized Lincoln County Process, which is the defining distinction between Kentucky Bourbon from Tennessee Whiskey. This unique filtering of whiskey through sugar maple charcoal was named after the county Nearest live and made his highly regarded whiskey.

Saint Liberty Whiskey

Saint Liberty was created to honor the untold stories of women bootleggers during prohibition from all over the country and then pair their stories with great craft whiskies from all over the world. Each craft whiskey after aging is finished or proofed down with the same water source each of our bootleggers would have used almost 100 years ago. Which means we use two distillery partners, one to distill and age and one proof and bottle.

Our Bertie’s Bear Gulch is distilled and aged at Bone Distilling in Texas and was proofed and bottled at the Lolo Distillery in Montana. Our limited-edition Josephine’s Rye was an experimental lot at George Dickel and was proofed and bottled at the Lolo Distillery in Montana. Our Mary’s Four Grain is distilled and aged at Bone Distilling in Texas and was proofed and bottled at Marble Distilling in Colorado by award winning Master Distiller and Blender, Connie Baker. Our new Bertie’s Cask Strength is distilled and aged at Bone Distilling in Texas and is bottled in Texas at Alamo Distilling.

We believe strongly in celebrating not only the women pioneers of the distilled spirits industry, but all women entrepreneurs. In doing so we are committing a portion of our profits to support women in our industry and charities that offer grants or scholarships for women entrepreneurs. Additionally, we have an all-women’s advisory board that we call our Guiding Saints.

Whidbey Island Distillery

Whidbey Island Distillery set out in 2009 to make distilled spirits on Washington’s own Whidbey Island. Bev and Steve Heising bought 9 acres of beautiful Whidbey Island hillside in 2009. They renovated existing buildings to include a distillery building (the Bunker), a residence (the Bunk House), a tasting room, and other multi-use buildings on the property.

Since then, the Whidbey Island Distillery has become a recognized producer of some of the finest spirits in the world. Among numerous awards, our Blackberry Liqueur holds a 98 rating by the Beverage Testing Institute making it the highest rated spirit (of any kind) produced in North America.

Craftsmanship and ownership are at the heart of every bottle produced at Whidbey Island Distillery. Our logo is your assurance that every drop was crafted entirely onsite using the best ingredients sourced from the Northwest.

Starward Australian Whiskey

In 2007, David Vitale founded Starward with the vision of creating a uniquely Australian whisky to offer the world with pride. Starward makes use of their distillery’s unique location, Melbourne, to source the grains and red wine barrels they use to make their whisky. Additionally, Melbourne’s diurnal climate, often referred to as “four seasons in a day”, plays a crucial role in the maturation process. Starward’s flavor curious and innovative approach embodies the spirit of Melbourne itself, which is widely revered as the art and culinary epicenter of Australia.

Coopers Craft

Coopers' Craft was designed to honor the Brown-Forman Barrel makers. Since 1945, we have remained the only major distiller to own a new barrel cooperage and raise our own barrels, allowing us complete control of the bourbon-making process from start to finish. Our master coopers rely on a proprietary toasting and barrel-making process to deliver unique and award-winning bourbons ranging from light and gentle to bold and complex. Coopering is a highly skilled tradecraft, passed down from one generation of master coopers to the next. Because the barrel contributes over 50% of our bourbon’s flavor and 100% of its color, making quality barrels—what cooper's call “raising”—is essential to crafting quality bourbon. At Coopers’ Craft we raise our own barrels by hand, then toast and char them to bring out the unique characteristics of our bourbon.

Coopers’ Craft Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is taken through a unique Beech and Birch charcoal-filter finishing process for a smooth and flavorful bourbon bottled at 82.2 proof.

Coopers' Craft Barrel Reserve is aged in a unique chiseled and charred American White Oak barrel that deepens the whiskey's wood exposure, creating a robust and complex bourbon bottled at 100 proof.

Scratch Distillery

At Whiskey & WildBites Kim Karrick will be sharing their award winning Edmonds Own Whiskey made from a unique mash bill of spelt, millet, wheat and malted barley, as well as a Port Cask Finished version of this whiskey developed from a partnership with former employer Sparkman Cellars. However, she started Scratch with gin from scratch as the focus. Kim has a sensitive and inquisitive palate, tasted a raft of gins, studied the industry, and decided that she would go her own way. She became convinced that there’s no single gin that can appeal to every gin lover. Her passion was to make spirits from scratch, using only highest quality, locally sourced ingredients, and to allow enthusiasts to make their own individual blend of gin from scratch in their unique GINiology™ class.

Kim wanted to control the process from beginning to end, ensuring corners weren’t cut and quality wasn’t degraded along the way. As Kim notes, “local farmers are taking financial risks by making organic products and Scratch wants to support these sustainability practices. The wheat and other grains come from Fairhaven Organic in the Skagit Valley, the organic potatoes come from Warden, WA, and the botanicals come from near (as close as the balcony) and far.

With these local and organic ingredients, Kim learned how to cook her own high-quality mash, then ferment and distill the spirit from these grains, with love, into a delicious bottled product.

Kim’s inquisitive spirit kept experimenting and now produces not only gin and whiskey, but also makes multiple infused vodkas, aquavits, liqueurs, and an apple brandy. Making Scratch a one stop shop for all your cocktail fixings!

Westland Distillery

Westland is leading the emergence of the American Single Malt Whiskey category. Distilled, matured and bottled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, our whiskeys bring a new and distinctly American voice to the world of single malt. Like the pioneers before us, we look west and see possibility. To produce our single malts, we adopt the same basic raw materials and processes used for generations in the old world, but we don’t simply seek to replicate the results. Instead, we work to create whiskeys that reflect the distinct qualities of our region; of the place where they are made and the character of those who make it.

Woodinville Whiskey

The story of Woodinville doesn’t begin with a 100-year-old recipe or generations of family distillers. It begins with two best friends and a dream. The dream is to make the greatest craft whiskey in the world by bringing the time-honored traditions of bourbon production into a craft environment — using the highest quality locally grown grains, the best barrels and coopers in the world, the most technologically advanced distilling equipment, and the mentorship of an industry icon, David Pickerell. And while the story is still unfolding, after being awarded “Best Straight Bourbon Whiskey” by the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, things are headed in the right direction.

Copperworks Distilling Company

Copperworks Distilling Company is a craft distillery, tasting room and gift shop located on the waterfront in downtown Seattle. We produce small-batch American Single Malt Whiskey, a series of gins, and vodka, all from malted barley. Copperworks was founded by co-owners/distillers Jason Parker and Micah Nutt—both experienced craft beer makers, who built Copperworks to explore the possibilities of malted barley by distilling high-quality craft beer (without hops) into fine spirits.

Our spirits are distilled in traditional copper stills that were specifically created in Scotland for Copperworks and for the distillation of each individual spirit. We focus on creating distilled spirits that can stand impressively on their own or serve as a delicious base for new and classic cocktails.

Copperworks opened its doors in 2013 offering tastings, tours, and other events focused on enjoying and learning about fine distilled spirits. The company has won numerous local, national and international awards. Copperworks spirits are found on the shelves of bars, restaurants, and retail stores through Washington State.

Dublin Liberties Distillery

The Dublin Liberties Distillery is now proud to be part of Dublin's Whiskey revival. It is nestled in the heart the city’s rich and bustling cultural quarter, making whiskey for Rebels, Rascals and Raconteurs. The Dublin Liberties range, consisting of one blended and three 100% single malt whiskey expressions is inspired by those stories and the streets of the Liberties, establishing a clear connection to the city, and weaving a common story, threading the range together, giving the brand something ownable and unique in Irish whiskey.

As such, and to add to the brand’s distinctiveness, Master Distiller Darryl McNally and his team were set on bringing a fresh, new perspective to Irish whiskey making by exclusively producing 100% single malt whiskies. Although mostly known for its pot still whiskies, single malt is the oldest, most traditional way of making whiskey in Ireland. It epitomises Irish whiskey —after all, it was the Irish who taught the rest of the world how to make great whiskey.

Laphroaig Distillery

On the far edge of the Scotch whisky map, it's supposed that the art of distillation was first brought to Islay by Irish monks. Being remote, it’s an art that flourished in the hands of the islanders, whose illegal operations tested the resolve and means of the tax man. Eventually, the law relaxed, various whisky makers set up legitimate distilleries, among them a pair of farmers, Donald and Alexander Johnston, who in 1815 founded their distillery on the island’s south coast. Laphroaig, so called after its location, ‘broad hollow by the bay.’ It would remain in family hands for the next 139 years.
